We always accept returns for any reason.

If you wish to cancel your order please email us using our contact form within 7 working days of receiving the goods. We will respond to your e-mail and ask you to return the item/s in the condition they were dispatched.  When we receive the item/s back we will check them and if all is as dispatched we will refund you in full except for the cost of return postage. 

As stated above, we always try to describe an item as accurately as possible as well as its general condition.  If it can be shown that we have described something incorrectly or have missed some damage and it is reported to us within 7 days of receipt we will offer a full refund, including return postage, on return of the goods.

Limitations:

Damage in transit -   We must be notified within 2 days of receipt.

Shortages - It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of items. Any shortages must be noted on the consignment note and it will be your responsibility to notify us within 2 days of receipt.

Incorrect Goods - It is your responsibility to notify us of any incorrect goods supplied within 2 days of receipt.

Non-Deliveries - We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit but will do our utmost help to enable you to recover them. (Please note that this may take a number of weeks to resolve as we have to rely on the Royal Mail's lost parcel policy. Please notify us within 10 working days of the expected delivery date if your goods have not arrived. If the parcel is sent by a signed and tracked service we will supply you with the tracking information.
